Some Frequently Asked Questions: 

1- Will I get a credit on my HOA dues if I do my own yard-work or opt of the irrigation?  Unfortunately, no.  The HOA fees will be prorated between all units to make the maintenance free living the most affordable for everyone.  Each unit will have irrigation, mowing and snow removal figured in to their HOA dues, regardless if the homeowner chooses to do it themselves.  Having yard work done regularly helps keep the community looking neat and cohesive.  

2- What does a 55+ community mean?  

  1. 55+ COMMUNITY

BELLA VISTA is an age Fifty-Five (55+) or older community under the Fair Housing Act (Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act and the Housing for Older Persons Act).  Pursuant to the Fair Housing Act, it is intended that BELLA VISTA qualify as a community for housing older persons under Section 100.304, wherein at least Eighty percent (80%) of its occupied units must be occupied by at least one person 55 years of age or older.  The Declarant initially, and the Board of Directors subsequently, shall publish and follow policies and procedures which demonstrate the intent for BELLA VISTA to be for 55 and older housing.
